Castmage is looking for a motivated Account Manager with the ability to understand the clients business deeply, think creatively and provide optimized digital solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must.

Experience

• 3+ years of public relations experience; ad agency expertise a plus, ideally in the health care sector
• Expertise with client budgets, marketing strategies and management
• Effective liaison between management and clients (internal and external)
• Understands corporate advertising to maintain an organization’s identity, name and reputation
• 2-3 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager
• 2 years of experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho)
• At least 2 years of experience with Google AdWords campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, advertising or equivalent Or MBA (we prefer talent over education)
